Frances
Director
Frances brings extensive experience of strategic and practical fund raising and development management to client organisations. For nearly twenty years in the United States and in Britain, Frances has worked with leading not-for-profit organisations, developing and delivering capital and revenue campaigns.
Frances has advised national and international organisations' management and boards on successful long-term relationship fundraising. She has experience in individual and corporate tax efficient giving.
In addition, Frances is Vice Patron of KIDS, a national charity delivering services to disabled young people.
George
Associate
George is Project Manager and Coordinator at Scott Prenn, and oversees the Research side of the business. Before Scott Prenn, George was in the Science Communication team at the Natural History Museum, as well as being a freelance researcher for environmental projects. George has written on environmental issues for The Ecologist magazine, and assisted in the development of a Botanic Garden in the United Arab Emirates at Botanic Gardens Conservation International.
George has a passion for rainforests and has experience in leading expeditions to rainforest areas, such as New Caledonia. He has also worked with the BBC's Natural History Unit in Africa.
Sabrina

Having worked in film production in Los Angeles, Sabrina Guinness founded the charity Youth Culture Television which engages disaffected youth by training them in all aspects of television production. She has worked in the philanthropic field for various different organisations, companies and individuals including Time Warner, Scott Prenn, Sponsored Arts for Education (Africa), the Prince of Wales Arts and Kids charity, Wheb Ventures with Ben Goldsmith, the Hay festival and the Lebedev Foundation. Sabrina lives in London and is interested in the arts in all it's forms, the environment and working with young people, particularly those at risk.
Caroline

Caroline McCormick has advised clients such as Professor Wangari Maathai, on her being awarded the Noble Peace Prize, and The Old Vic Theatre under the direction of Kevin Spacey. She is currently the lead advisor to the National Theatre on their £70,000,0000 NT Future campaign and to Garsington Opera on their relocation appeal. Caroline was the first Executive Director of the world writers' association, International PEN, where she founded the world literature festival, Free the Word! She is the Literature Director of Beyond Borders, which promotes small nation cultures. As Head of Development, she led the successful campaign to build the Darwin Centre at the Natural History Museum and was an advisor to DanceEast on building their new DanceHouse. Caroline is a member of the Board of the Green Belt Movement and of DanceEast and an Associate of Scott Prenn.
Anamari

At Scott Prenn, Anamari writes and implements funding strategies and advises clients on building high-level funding audiences. She brings to Scott Prenn a unique knowledge of both the business community and the voluntary sector. Her expertise lies in corporate and major donor fundraising, marketing and communications.
Her previous roles include seven years at one of the world's largest global FMCG's where she was responsible for the strategic planning of a £75.5million business, and thirteen years experience within the charity sector to include fundraising and six years as a trustee. She also has extensive experience overseeing the operational delivery of projects and programmes which includes two years as Chair/Chief Executive of a small charity.
Susie

Susie has over fifteen years experience in practical and strategic fundraising in sectors including special educational needs, healthcare and family. She founded, and chaired for two years, a charitable support group for a multidisciplinary centre that provides for under under 5s with developmental difficulties and specific disabilities.
Susie has expertise in initiating, writing and implementing funding strategies. She advises on marketing, sponsorship and event management with a focus on developing long-term relationships and identifying new initiatives and other funding opportunities.
Johnny

Johnny O'Reilly, was formerly Head of Development at Drake Music, and Development Manager at Sadler's Wells Theatre. He has worked at English National Opera, The Roundhouse and St Martin-in-the-Fields. A recent freelance assignments include award winning producers Artichoke (The Sultan's Elephant and Antony Gormley's The FourthPlinth), Rambert Dance Company and Dash Arts. Johnny is experienced in securing philanthropic gifts from business, individuals and trusts.

Heather has a corporate background with the world's largest affinity marketing business in their Finance, IT and Operations departments in the US and the UK. She left the UK arm of TNGS when they were bought by the Halifax Bank of Scotland Group. She recently co-authored a book for start up businesses called "A Zest for Business" which had its launch at The British Library in February 2008 and is a long standing volunteer with Young Enterprise and Teach First.

Fran advises Scott Prenn and its clients on research strategy and knowledge management. She has worked in the arts sector for over ten years with a particular focus on, and passion, for museums.
Sonya

Sonya is a versatile writer with an MA in Human Resource Management and post-graduate diplomas in Industrial Relations and Journalism. Sonya's experience includes 12 years working for local government which includes Political Adviser to leading cabinet members and speech writer for the Department of Health's Deputy Chief Medical Officer and Commissioners on the board of the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
Sonya offers a broad range of writing skills which include: speech writing; drafting press releases; crafting responses to press enquiries, newsletters &drafting reports and policy briefings. Sonya's key strengths are her ability to produce original, clean copy; make sense of complex issues under pressure, and write to tight deadlines. Published writing contributions include The Face magazine; Pride Magazine; Emel magazine and various websites.

At Scott Prenn Antonella specialises in Major Donor fundraising. She is Trustee of a Disabled children charity and has worked with Disabled children in many parts of the world.

For the last five years, Blair has produced an managed a number of high profile charity and political events in Washington, DC, New York. Blair recently delivered for AT&T a major event at the Republican National Committee's Convention in which the Beach Boys. Blair also has over 15 years of experience branding and direct marketing for international communications companies such as Verizon.
Blair is also serves on the Board of Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
